Laboratory The Laboratory
Services at Jewish Memorial Hospital and Rehabilitation Center is a fully
accredited (College of American Pathologists) laboratory, providing a full range
of clinical testing services for our patients. These services include the
testing of blood, urine, and other body fluids in the chemistry, special
chemistry, hematology, microbiology, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood bank
departments. The laboratory is staffed with certified laboratory technicians
from Sunday through Saturday from 7am to 4pm, however laboratory services are
provided 24hours per day. The laboratory also provides testing services to
outpatient clients and is participating in a neighborhood Lupus research
project.
